Teaching Personnel is the market leader in education recruitment with over 80 branches covering England and Wales. We are looking to recruit a consultant for our expanding office in Bracknell.

In 2018, we provided supply and permanent staff to over 3000 schools and this number will rise in 2019. Teaching Personnel - the Company;

The role requires you to advertise for and recruit suitable candidates to work within your client schools and business development schools not currently working with us. You will need to be hardworking, resilient and able to work to targets.

Trainee Recruitment consultant - the requirements;

  • Ambition and the desire to succeed and forge a career in recruitment
  • Education knowledge or sales experience and a commitment to self-learning
  • Outgoing personality both in person and over the phone
  • Dedication to your candidates & clients and ensuring you meet their needs
  • Individuals who are motivated by money and progressing in a huge industry
