Team Teach trained TA required in Accrington!

Teaching Personnel are seeking Teaching Assistants who hold their Team Teach qualification for a role in a Behavioural Unit located just outside of the Accrington area. The School is smaller than average and caters for pupils who display challenging behaviours and pupils with additional learning needs, hence the need for Team Teach qualified candidates.

The School are looking for a hard working, empathetic, understanding and energetic Teaching Assistant with experience de-escalating challenging behaviours and someone who holds a valid qualification in Team Teach. The School is located on the outskirts of Accrington and is easily accessible via public transport or by car. The School are hoping to take on a candidate within the next 2 - 3 weeks on a full time basis and the role will continue for at least the next 3 months.

The candidate suited to this role will have a passion for working with pupils who are harder to reach, pupils who display challenging behaviours and pupils with additional learning needs. The candidate will be hard working, empathetic and have a calm approach to behaviour management.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £54 - 64 per day or £9 - 10 per hour
