Teaching Assistants in Bromley / Croydon Needed

Successful applicants for this role will have the following skills:

* Be available for work at least 3-5 days per week

* Have an upbeat and professional approach to teaching

* Have knowledge of the UK National Curriculum

* Have an organised and structured work ethic

* Be able to maintain a calm and positive composure

Your duties throughout the school day will include, but are not limited to:

* Supporting students in groups or 1:1 with their set work

* Helping prepare class work and materials before lessons

* Monitoring students behaviour and helping them to stay focused

* Liaise with staff and parents about student progress

* Helping tidy the classroom at the end of the school day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
