Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a welsh speaking Teaching Assistant to work in a Year 1 class in a Welsh Medium Primary School in the Caerphilly area. The successful candidate will have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School and will ideally be familiar with the Foundation Phase setting.
Other prior experience with Tric a Chlic would be advantageous also.
The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of welsh is essential for this post.
About the school
The Primary School is a Welsh-medium primary school situated near Ystrad Mynach in the county of Caerphilly. There are 250+ pupils between three and eleven years old on roll, including 30 part-time nursery age pupils. The school’s vision is to create a safe, supportive and happy environment through support, encouragement and respect.
To be considered for the role
Teaching Personnel will work on behalf of the school to ensure that each candidate is fully vetted prior to working in the school. This includes ensuring that each candidate is registered with the Education Workforce Council and has an Enhanced CHILD ONLY DBS, (we can fully support you in obtaining this).
