Teaching Assistant with Sports Coaching experience

Are you a Sports Coach or Sports Graduate wanting to work in schools?

Do you have a keen passion for sports that you want to share? 

Responsibilities of this role will be:

• Lead practical lessons including PE classes
• Develop and deliver interesting and engaging lessons across multiple subjects
• Motivate and encourage pupils
• Adapt to the schools curriculum to cater for the needs of all of the pupils in your class
• Support dis-engaged pupils in a creative way to re-engage them with education

Your role will incorporate covering pre set work and getting 'stuck in', as well as using your coaching abilities to improve the skills of students ranging from KS3-KS5. You will work closely with students of all different abilities and skill sets. This opportunity creates the potential for the candidate to improve classroom management skills and behaviour management strategies, as well as gaining invaluable experience within different schools across the area.
