Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is working with a supportive school on the Wirral, and is seeking a dedicated and confident Teaching Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and emotional regulation strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with SEN children (in school or other settings).
• Confident, patient, and adaptable in a dynamic classroom environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
