We are looking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who will work alongside teachers and providing valuable support in lessons. The successful candidate will also use specialist knowledge for planning, developing support materials; provide care and supervision to our young learners. The role will involve working across all subjects and year groups with students of all abilities. You must have a proactive approach to work and be able to easily adapt to an ever changing environment and job role.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a highly enthusiastic, energetic, proactive individual who has the passion and ability to motivate and inspire the students
  • Have the ability to work with students with autism, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour
  • Have excellent, written and verbal communication skills and be able to relate well to all members of the school community
  • The successful candidate will have access to continuous professional learning through our dedicated internal and external CPD programme, with the possibility of progression to Higher Level Teaching Assistant and eventually on to a teaching programme.
