Teaching Assistant (Sports Specialism)

We work with a number of Pupil Referral Units which cater to students currently excluded from mainstream school.
These students often have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs therefore the curriculum they follow is heavily based around vocational activities such as sports, and functional skills.

We are looking to hire people with a strong sports background to support in these provisions, on a full time basis. You can expect there to be a heavy behaviour management focus, however it's important to inspire and motivate the students to make the correct choices in terms of their education and future.

To be considered to be put forward for September roles you must have;

Specialism in one of the following areas: Sports, Sports Science, Coaching, PT

Experience in behaviour management or working with SEMH needs

Please be aware that applicants must have or be willing to obtain a child workforce DBS which is registered to the update service.
