Teaching Assistant - Secondary Age - Hampshire

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Teaching assistants to work in our partner Secondary Schools across North Hampshire in the following areas:

  • Alton
  • Aldershot
  • Andover
  • Basingstoke
  • Farnborough
  • Fleet
  • Petersfield
  • Winchester

This is for temporary work roles on a flexible basis, aiding schools during periods of need for relief and to ensure that students are making the correct level of progress. These students are likely to need close support in order to ensure that they are progressing in line with other students in the school, and you will play an integral part in ensuring these students get the most out of their education!

We are looking for candidates with experience in two or more of the following:

  • Criminology
  • Youth/Community work experience
  • SEN experience
  • Residential support/care worker
  • Sports coaching
  • Youth Offending Services
  • Challenging behaviour within family
  • Mentoring
  • Psychology

This role has the potential to pay up to £330 per week, working 8.30 until 3.30 in a rewarding friendly and supportive atmosphere perfectly suited to those looking to train to teach in the future.
