Graduate Teaching Assistant Vacancies in North Manchester

If you are a recent graduate with the desire to start a career in teaching, Teaching Personnel have many different opportunities for you. We are currently recruiting for a wide variety of Teaching Assistant roles in the north Manchester area, these roles can help you gain important classroom experience while also getting paid around a schedule that suits you.

  • Cover supervisor and teaching assistant vacancies in north Manchester

  • Must be willing to travel to North Manchester area - via own or public transport

Teaching assistant and cover supervisor roles are an excellent source of valuable experience if a career in teaching is your goal. These roles are very flexible, allowing you to earn money around your own schedule while experiencing the role of a teacher in a secondary school setting.

There are many different vacancies for teaching assistants and supply teachers at Teaching Personnel, meaning that you have many different options when it comes to the locations and times you want to work. To keep your job varied and interesting there are a number of different roles available, these could include:

Cover Supervisor - covering general supply cover for a teacher.

Behaviour Support and learning support - helping to support children with behaviour issues or SEMH needs or even working on a 1:1 basis helping to raise attainment levels for SEND pupils.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
