Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside this one form entry primary school in North Manchester to find a confident, enthusiastic and hard working teaching assistant to join their Year 2 class from January. The school is based in Crumpsall (M8) and has been graded 'good' in their most recent OFSTED report.

Ideally the school would like someone with experience, but would be open to a graduate who is looking to embark on their Teacher Training in the future. The role will include supporting the class teacher on a daily basis but also taking small lower ability intervention groups in preparation for the SAT's.

From the outset the successful applicant will hit the ground running and will have to fit in with the current staffing team in the best way possible so disruption to the class' daily routine is kept to a minimum. As the staff are 'the best possible team of practitioners to become a part of' (Headteacher) the candidate will not have any problems fitting in

Salary- £12,400- £16,678 (experience dependant)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
