Teaching assistants needed to work in secondary schools throughout Greater Manchester to support students on a 1:1 and small group basis who require additional support within the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a mainstream secondary school, graduate looking to gain school based experience are welcome to apply.
The role of a teaching assistant is highly rewarding as you have the opportunity to directly influence a students learning to ensure they achieve the best possible results setting them up for adult life. Teaching Personnel have an extensive CPD and training programme so you will be given the opportunity to upskill yourself and enhance your employability.
Highlights of working as a teaching assistant through Teaching Personnel;

Essential criteria for the role of a teaching assistant;
**Previous experience in an educational, youth work or health care setting would be beneficial
