Teaching Assistant, Liverpool

Teaching Personnel are currently supporting an innovative and inspiring school in Liverpool who work with some of the most vulnerable children in Merseyside.

The school are looking for two teaching assistants who are passionate about coaching and mentoring young people with their education. The role includes working across the whole school; KS3-4, with children on a daily basis to help them stay engaged with their education.

• Any additional interest in sports or outdoor education is desirable

• The ideal candidate must have at least 3 month of work experience supporting vulnerable children

• It would be beneficial for the candidate to be Team-Teach trained

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
