Teaching Assistant jobs in Dorset

Teaching Personnel work with over 50 secondary schools in Dorset, all of whom may require staff to work with small groups (or 1-1) with students who require additional learning support.

Minimum requirements:

• 5 GCSE's A*-C
• A passion for working with young people
• Term-time availability and the ability to travel to more than one school
• 2 references and a DBS (criminal record check) - if you don't currently have one, you can apply through us.

Desirable (but by no means essential - higher rates available):

• A honours degree in any subject
• at least 6 months experience working with children between 11-18
• The ability to drive
• Recent and relevant qualifications in education

Pay rates are between £9.50 and £10.00 per hour depending on your experience and qualifications.
