PE Teacher – Taunton

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an energetic and adaptable PE Teacher to work across several secondary schools in Taunton and the surrounding area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who thrives on variety, enjoys new challenges, and loves inspiring young people to stay active and healthy.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 in a range of school settings.

  • Promote teamwork, resilience, and wellbeing through sport and physical activity.

  • Contribute to extracurricular clubs, fixtures, and enrichment opportunities.

  • Build positive relationships with students and staff across multiple schools.

What You’ll Need:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification.

  • Adaptability, confidence, and strong classroom management skills.

  • A passion for helping students develop both skills and confidence through sport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
