Maths Teacher – Exeter Area
Contract Type: Full-Time / Long-Term
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4

Teaching Personnel are working with a secondary school in the Exeter Area to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher. This is a full-time position, delivering Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to make a real difference in students’ progress and achievement.

The Role

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4.

  • Support students of all abilities to develop confidence and progress in Mathematics.

  • Assess, track, and provide constructive feedback to promote student achievement.

  • Contribute to the wider school community, promoting a positive attitude towards Maths.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and the department to raise attainment and enthusiasm for the subject.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or is working towards this.

  • Has experience teaching Maths at secondary school level.

  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners.

  • Is committed to delivering high-quality education and raising aspirations.

  • Brings enthusiasm, resilience, and a student-focused approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
