Teaching Assistant
Temp to Perm Position
Required from: Easter 2023
5 days a week

A great opportunity has arisen at one of our partner secondary schools based in Bournemouth.
The school are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support Year 7- 11 students with their studies and GCSE’s. The role is to provide general classroom support on a part-time basis with added responsibility of supporting interventions with small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis.
Duties will include:
- Developing the character of the young people
- Being a positive role model for students
- Supporting inside and outside the classroom
- Safeguarding pupils and protecting their well-being
- Having an adaptable working attitude
What we are looking for:
- Confident, self-motivated, and professional applicants with a passion for education
- Behaviour management skills
- Experience working with children in a classroom or similar environment
- Applicants who are reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile
- Enthusiastic and engaging
- Applicants willing to improve their professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
