We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic HLTA who is creative, well organised and able to use their initiative. If you are committed to high standards and prepared to work hard, then you could be the person to join our outstanding team of staff .
We need someone who can challenge and motivate pupils, promote self-esteem, provide feedback in relation to progress, achievement and behaviour and also provide pastoral support.
You will be working across the primary phase and may be required to contribute to planning and assessment.
You will also be responsible for planning and implementing a range of intervention programmes in addition to some whole class teaching.
The post will involve some general classroom support, a range of focused group work and some whole class teaching, including PPA and supply cover across both KS1 and KS2. Having an understanding of the National Curriculum and proven experience of working in a school environment is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
