Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils with complex Special Educational Needs within a Further Education setting in Chelmsford.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with young people with additional needs.

We are seeking individuals with flexibility, who are available in March on a part time basis. You will ideally have a background in Health and Social Care, or Support Work for individuals with complex additional needs such as Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and Speech, Language and Communication Needs.

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants/ Support Workers who have a genuine interest in working with children and can support access to learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
