Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a ‘Good’ Primary school located on the outskirts of Bury town centre. This school is looking to add an Early Years teaching assistant to their Early Years Department.
As an Early Years teaching assistant, you would be expected support children on a small group basis and occasionally on a 1:1 basis.
The leadership team of this ‘Good’ Primary school have high expectations required by the teachers are consistently being met in which a high commitment to each child reaching their potential is being met as they closely monitor each pupil’s progress.
The focus for the school at this current moment is to help support new children from various international backgrounds to settle into their Early Years department and as such, the role comes with certain unique challenges. As an Early Years teaching assistant, you would be working with children whose’ first language is not English (EAL) and children with “Looked After” (LAC) backgrounds.
Job Highlights:
• Early Years endorsed qualification
• Or Early Years experience within a primary school or private day nursery
• Be comfortable with visual teaching styles to suit EAL children in particular.

• GBP15,550- GBP17,000
