EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant – Early Intervention (Long Term)

At Teaching Personnel, we work with SEN focused early years and primary settings where early intervention, routine and emotional regulation are critical to long term pupil outcomes. These schools require skilled EYFS SEN professionals who understand early development and can support children before needs escalate.
The role
• Supporting pupils in EYFS and KS1 with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Supporting speech, language, communication and early regulation
• Helping children access learning through routine, consistency and calm adult support
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and early years leads
• Providing nurturing, structured support that reduces pressure on classrooms
Who we are looking for
We are seeking experienced early years SEN professionals, including: • EYFS or KS1 Teaching Assistants with SEN experience
• Nursery practitioners with additional needs experience
• SEN Teaching Assistants confident supporting early development
• Professionals with a strong understanding of early regulation and routine
This role is not suitable for candidates looking for short term or casual work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
