Are you a highly motivated Graduate, looking to build on experience or even branch into a career in Education?

We are looking for new Graduates in Psychology, Education, Health and Social Care, Health Care and more who want to build invaluable experience working in Manchester's schools!

Here at Teaching Personnel we are able to provide exclusive access to a number of Special Needs, Behaviour and Mainstream schools, offering Teaching Assistant and support roles to those who really want to build fantastic experience on top of the knowledge of their studies!
In these schools you'll work with a mixture of children of all backgrounds and abilities, who may have additional needs or who follow adapted curriculum. You'll support them in the classroom, helping them to understand their class work and engage in all activities ensuring each students inclusion and supporting their social communications which is a great environment to build experience in Childcare and Education.
You may need to provide emotional support or assistance with behaviour, which requires a patient and understanding approach - working with challenging behaviours can be the perfect opportunity for those wanting to go into Counselling or Social Work!

And here's the best bit... If you're interested in building experience as you want to go into Teaching, we can provide an exclusive opportunity to study the models you need to become a Teacher whilstworking (and earning!) and place you into a Teacher Training Program!

Just be aware, all candidates who want to work with us must have a child workforce DBS which is registered to the update service - but we can support you in applying for one!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
