Teaching Personnel is looking for an outstanding Teaching Assistant to work in the Bournemouth and the surrounding area. The current opportunity is for short term supply, with the potential for the right candidate to progress into a long-term position. We are looking for passionate teaching assistants who want to help children get the best out of their education.
The role:
Provide valuable curriculum support for the pupils. Work with pupils in small groups and one to one. Work closely with all abilities to keep a good level of attainment. Manage challenging behaviour in a calm and competent manner.
The candidate:
Important to have a positive and compassionate nature. Create strong working relationships quickly and effectively with pupils and staff. Be approachable and possess good communication skills. Can assess and identify attainment gaps and weaknesses, and relay this back to the lead teacher. Install and innovative and engaging atmosphere for all pupils.
