Here at Teaching Personnel we are looking for a number of Teaching Assistants to work within our SEN APA and Academy trusts.
These roles candidates who are experienced of working in education and with Children who have additional needs and challenging behaviours. We need someone who is ready and willing to commit to working with children and young people who are not in mainstream education.
These roles require you to work on a 1:1 / small group basis helping the child through their educational experience. This daily routines are not the same as mainstream education and is suited to meet the needs of the children and promote their education and behaviours.
Due to the different daily activities the child has to undertake it requires the candidate to be able to drive with access to their own vehicle.
A DBS in child workforce is required for these roles. We ask for it to be on the Update Service to make it universal.
