SEN Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support KS1 pupils. The candidate must have a good level of experience working with children with a variety of special educational needs. Autism experience preferred.

About the role

  • Mornings 1:1 - afternoons general support
  • We are looking for someone who is flexible, can start immediately and must have relevant experience supporting children with special education needs.
  • Qualifications related to the role and working with children will be an advantage
  • You will be working with children with Autism and other complex needs

Highly Desirable; Support worker, Autism Awareness, Team Teach and Psychology Degree

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
