We’re looking for enthusiastic, dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team and support secondary schools across South London — including Croydon, Lambeth, Sutton, Merton, and Wandsworth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students in class, helping them engage and reach their full potential

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra guidance

• Assisting teachers in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs (experience preferred but not essential)

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education
✅ Experience working with children or young people (school-based or alternative setting)
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Proof of address and proof of identity
✅ An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through us)
