The ideal candidate will possess a calm and patient nature, along with invaluable experience in supporting challenging behaviour. You'll be the guiding light for students, providing invaluable 1:1 support and fostering growth within small group settings across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Position: Full-time Teaching Assistant
Location: Weymouth Secondary School
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support and guidance to students.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Assist in managing challenging behaviours.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success.
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Requirements:
- A calm and patient demeanour.
- Experience in supporting challenging behaviour.
- Passion for education and student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
