Teaching personnel are working with a schools in Weymouth who need Classroom Support both on full-time basis.
Position: Primary School Teaching Assistant
Key Stages: KS2 Year 5
Location: Weymouth DT4
Rate of Pay: £83 - £95 per day
About the Role:
- Supporting classroom teacher with administrative tasks, guiding the pupils learning and maintaining pupil engagement.
- Helping with classroom behaviour management.
- Working 1:1 with SEN pupils or working in small groups.

Requirements:
- Experience working with pupils in KS2.
- Strong experience with SEN pupils.
- Understanding the curriculum and student needs (desirable).
- Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to various school settings.
- Passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
