Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Location: Mainstream Secondary School, Warwick, CV34
Start Date: September 2025
Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? The team at Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join one of our friendly and dynamic secondary schools in Warwick.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher to ensure the smooth running of lessons and providing tailored support to students who require additional help. You will work closely with individuals or small groups, offering guidance and encouragement to help them achieve their potential.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar teaching assistant or educational support role is desirable but not essential.
A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and development.
Any knowledge or experience of special educational needs (SEN) would be a significant advantage, as you may work with children with ADHD, autism, and behavioural difficulties.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and other staff members.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping all students thrive.
The ability to commit to a full-time position

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
