Job description

Are you a caring and committed Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role where your support truly matters?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm, well-structured learning environment in Wareham that prioritises student wellbeing, personal development and positive relationships.

The Role

  • Support students aged 11 to 18 with their learning and personal development

  • Work closely with teaching staff to help deliver engaging and structured lessons

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students stay focused and confident

  • Full-time role with working hours typically 10am to 3pm, with some weekday finish times varying

  • Hourly rate: £13.75 per hour

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
