Exciting Opportunity: Primary School Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) – Swansea & Surrounding Areas

About the Role:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday — enjoy a stable routine with weekends off

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities

• Assist children with their learning and personal development, including those with additional learning needs

• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where every child can thrive

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone confident and nurturing, ready to build meaningful relationships with pupils

• Experience with ALN (Additional Learning Needs) or SEN (Special Educational Needs) is a big advantage but not essential — training and support will be provided

• A team player who can work closely with teachers and staff to support all children’s learning journeys

• Ideally holds a driving licence to travel between schools, but don’t worry if you don’t — we welcome applications from all suitable candidates
