Teaching Assistant – Make a Difference Every Day!
Location: Swansea
Contract: Full-time / Part-time available
Salary: £89.38 per Day (Weekly Pay)
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in the classroom?
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers and pupils to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).

A genuine passion for helping children succeed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work well as part of a team and follow teacher guidance.
Responsibilities Include:

Supporting pupils in the classroom, individually or in small groups.

Assisting teachers with the preparation of learning materials.
-
Encouraging pupil engagement and participation.
-
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
