Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant – Eastleigh

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role? We are currently seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the Eastleigh area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping pupils build confidence and make progress in their learning. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to support lessons and lead small intervention groups, providing targeted support to help pupils achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience supporting learning in a primary school, ideally within KS2

• Be confident delivering small group interventions and adapting support to meet individual needs

• Demonstrate a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum

• Be proactive, approachable, and passionate about helping children succeed

• Work well as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils and staff
