Teaching Assistant role available in in the Wandswoorth Borough. I am currently recruiting teaching assistants for full time positions to start from September 2019. The school I am working with have recently got an Ofsted rating of 'Good', the school are looking for graduates who are looking at becoming teachers in the future, they are happy to work and listen to your preference on years groups.
To be considered for this teaching assistant position you should ideally be a graduate with a 2:1 or better. You must be a team player and be able to take direction well as you will be working alongside a class teacher. You will need to be hard working, enthusiastic and passionate about working in a primary school. You'll be working with chlidren on a 1 to 1 basis, small groups and also whole class activities as well, you must feel confident on the curriculum and work alongside other staff members to come up with creative activites and lessons for the children.
The staff and students are very warm and friendly and will make you feel welcome. The school offers excellent support for its staff and values the importance of presenting opportunities for its staff members to progress and advance within the school. The school have recently had a lot a work done to it and they have excellent facilities available for their staff and children.
