Are you a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Skelmersdale (WN8)? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Skelmersdale. Role and Responsibilities:

- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the needs of students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for supporting the education and development of young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare is advantageous.
