Position: EYFS Practitioner
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in a nurturing and supportive setting?

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and well-established pre-school in the heart of Morecambe (LA4), who are seeking a full-time EYFS Practitioner to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a setting where child-led learning, creativity, and care are at the centre of everything they do.

The Role:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday (term time)

  • Supporting children aged 2–5 in their early development

  • Working alongside experienced educators and SENCO staff

  • Helping to deliver a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum

  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Sound understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach

  • Previous experience working in a nursery, pre-school, or reception setting preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
