Nursery Teaching Assistant
The Headteacher and SENCO of a reputable Primary School located in Preston are on the look out for a practitioner to work in their Reception class supporting on a full-time basis Monday-Friday. This role will be based within a busy EYFS class therefore experience of working with younger children is essential to be considered for this role. The successful candidate will be supporting the class generally, within the class there are children with SEN who will need some 1:1 support.
The ability to build excellent rapport with young children is essential for this role and experience of working alongside children with SEN would be advantageous as well as a good understanding of phonics. The working hours for this role are 8:45-15:15 term time only, the hourly rate is GBP10.20 and will be paid on a weekly basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner looking for a full-time teaching assistant commitment within a lovely school! This role will initially continue until July 2021 and is likely to continue into the 2021/22 academic year with increased hours. To be considered, you must be available from 7th June 2021.
