Teaching Assistant
Job description
General Teaching Assistant, Poulton (FY6).
Full time, Monday-Friday.
Starting 3RD June 2024, possibility to turn permanent.
Competitive rates of pay between £12.90-£13.50.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
- Work with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning and address specific needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Support the social and emotional development of students, promoting a caring and respectful atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow guidance from the classroom teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
