The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and nurturing Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and inclusive primary school. You will support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work with small groups or individual pupils (including those with additional needs), and help create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom

• Providing one-to-one or small group support

• Assisting with the preparation of learning materials

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN)

• Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction

• Helping to maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment

About You:

• Experience working with children (in school, childcare, or similar settings)

• A patient, caring, and positive attitude

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
