Teaching Personnel are Urgently seeking seeking Teaching Assistants  / Learning Support Assistants to start when schools reopen, in some cases sooner. We have helped many teaching assistants find permanent roles this year and interim work until that has been found. Despite schools being closed, we are working alongside a growing number of schools in the Ryedale area, including Malton, Pickering, Pocklington, Driffield and the surrounding areas.

How does it work?

The first step is a telephone conversation with one of our skilled consultants to discuss the process of clearing you for work and the types of work we have available in your area. If this seems like the type or role for you, we will then proceed to clear you for work.

What kind of work is available?

The role of any Teaching Assistant is varied, and here at Teaching Personnel it’s not different! Roles vary from full to part time, and can last one day to one year depending on what you’re looking for.

Who can be a Teaching Assistant?

Ideally you will have a Teaching Assistant / childcare qualification or school based experienced. However candidates with experience or qualifications in Special Educational Needs and those who have worked in Health and social care, child counselling and children’s homes are also encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
