Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, either 1:1 or in small groups

• Assist the class teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery

• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning

• Help create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment

• Adapt support to meet the individual needs of pupils, including those with SEN

• Previous experience working with children (school-based or otherwise)

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
