Teaching Personnel is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join  welcoming primary schools in the Lymington area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom and gain valuable experience working alongside dedicated teachers.

About the Role:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 – depending on your strengths and preference

• Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning, behaviour and engagement

• Assist the class teacher with preparation, classroom organisation and pupil support

• Foster a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment

• Ideal for experienced TAs, recent graduates, or those looking to begin a career in education

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)

• Be proactive, patient and reliable

• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
