Teaching Assistant

Salary: £13.75 per hour 
Start Date: Immediate / September 2025
Contract Type: Flexible (full-time or part-time)

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and supportive Primary Schools in Lymington.

The role will involve:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons

• Helping pupils reach learning goals and build confidence

This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in childcare, youth work, or education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
