Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in education? Do you enjoy working in a calm, nature-rich environment? Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the New Forest area.
About the Role:
We are working with a nurturing and community-focused school in the New Forest that is looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. Your role may include working with small groups, supporting pupils with additional needs, and helping create an engaging learning atmosphere.
Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with primary-aged children (school-based or in a similar setting)

Be enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping children succeed

Work well both independently and as part of a team

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
