• A positive, caring, and adaptable individual with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.

• Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.

• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential – we value experience and attitude just as much!

• A proactive approach and the ability to work as part of a supportive team.
