Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a client school in Fleetwood, Lancashire (FY7) who are looking for a level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in their year 1 class. The ideal TA will have experience working with KS1 children and will have a sound understanding of the KS1 curriculum and up to date phonics knowledge. To be considered for the position, you will have recent and relevant experience in a primary school and will be looking to enhance your career in education!

This 2 form entry primary school follows a strong Roman Catholic ethos and is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who will adhere to schools practices at all times. The ideal candidate will be expected to work alongside the class teacher whilst delivering intervention groups in core subject areas to help raise attainment. A candidate with strong behaviour management techniques who is able to work on their own initiative would be beneficial to the school.

This is a full time teaching assistant position which due to start ASAP and will be on going for the remainder of the academic year.  The opportunity to work on to a school based contract may be possible for the right person!
