Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Psychology Graduates for learning support roles starting in April 2026. We are looking to appoint passionate and knowledgeable psychology graduates to work within our excellent client school in Bury, Greater Manchester.

Key Information:

• Full-time Learning Support role to start in April 2026.
• Brilliant opportunity to build on your experience supporting students with additional needs.
• Earn between £1790-£1900 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Role responsibilities may include:

• Delivering one-to-one intervention programmes to students requiring additional support
• Leading small group sessions to underachieving students
• Assisting the class teacher with the preparation and delivery of lessons
• Developing students’ confidence and love for learning
