Ofsted ‘Good’ School | Long-Term Role Until July | Potential Permanent Opportunity

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in the BL6 area to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant.

This is a long-term position running until July, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

The school is seeking a supportive and proactive individual who has experience working with children with Special Educational Needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping pupils to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis

• Implementing EHCP targets and individual learning strategies

• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation

• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
