SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming school located in the BL4 area. This role focuses on providing tailored support to students with additional needs, helping them access learning and develop confidence in the classroom.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN

• Assist with learning activities, routines and behaviour support

• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to follow individual plans

• Help create a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
