Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Raunds
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a supportive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Raunds. This full-time role is to start as soon as possible and will involve working closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning across the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in the classroom with their learning and development

• Work with individuals or small groups, as directed by the class teacher

• Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

• Provide support to children with varying needs, including SEND

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in a primary school setting (preferred)

• Be flexible, reliable, and confident working with children

• Have good communication and teamwork skills

• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

• Be available for an immediate start

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
